Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: All US orders ship free within 7 business days from our studio in North Carolina. Oversize pieces that require white glove service will have an additional shipping cost. Please email pj@pamelajaccarino.com and we'll be happy to give you a specific shipping quote based on your order.

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If your package requires a signature, we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages requiring signatures that were not picked up from access points in a timely manner. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

International Shipping: International shipping is $100 for standard-sized pieces under $700. Prior to purchasing orders above $700, please email pj@pamelajaccarino.com and we'll be happy to give you a specific shipping quote based on your order and location.

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
